Tomorrow I have a job interview with a new, well respected, restaurant; which I am optimistic about. It will be a great opportunity for me to earn and save a lot more money. I think that after this I will have learned enough about the culinary arts to move on and begin to pursue another passion, though I am looking forward to this experience with great anticipation… wish me luck!

Little brother and I have been making a lot of home-cooked meals lately.
We made a whole wheat pizza dough, and topped it with tomato basil sauce, mozzarella and feta cheese, spinach, garlic, green and red onion, artichoke hearts, mushrooms and more tomato.
Demolished.

Last night became possible through the combined efforts of marijuana cigarettes, Cabin in the Woods, discussions on social engineering and of course, tostadas.

A photograph of Heather, at her beautiful wedding… We prepared food for 160 people , between just my boss and myself!
Fantastic day.
(The whites are a little blown out, but I’ll take care of that later!)
I just returned from my second wedding at the Crooked Vine.
Beautiful day, everything went well.

Managed to cook for most of the day today.
I recently purchased about a dozen small mason jars, in order to motivate me to make more sauces and what not, so today, I made a sweet little kale pesto and caramelized a bunch of onions. yayyy.

You can turn your mornings into what ever you’d like them to be. Today, I turned mine into this!
